Net Cooky is an independent, unregistered technical operations business operated by its founder ("Net Cooky", "we", "us") serving clients in Australia and worldwide, with the operations desk in India (GMT+5:30).

Inquiry form. When you submit the inquiry form we receive your name, business name, email address, and the message you write. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the services you sign up for.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This sets cookies in your browser. You can block these cookies with your browser settings or any standard cookie extension without affecting the site.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical request logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

We rely on a small, standard set of services:

Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox (transit processing; submissions are not stored on their service long-term). Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage analytics. Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, CDN, and log processing. Google Fonts — your browser requests typography directly from Google's font service when loading this site.

These providers may process data in Australia, the United States, Europe, India, or other regions where their infrastructure operates. For analytics, IP addresses are truncated/aliased by Google. We never sell personal information, and we run no advertising trackers.

Inquiries that don't become engagements are kept for up to 24 months so we can reference earlier conversations, then deleted. Client records created during a retainer are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months unless the client asks otherwise or a contractual obligation applies. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Email [email protected] to request a copy of the information we hold about you, corrections, or deletion. We respond within one business day and complete requests within 7 days. If you block analytics cookies, nothing on the site breaks. If you'd like a reply without analytics being involved, just say so in your message and we'll use plain email.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with strict transport security. Form submissions travel to our inbox via TLS-encrypted channels. Client systems, when engaged, are accessed with least-privilege credentials, password managers, and session logging wherever the platform supports it.

We update this page when our practices or providers change. Material changes will be noted above with a new "last updated" date, and ongoing clients will be emailed directly.
